Delicious Pizza made from very fresh ingredients. We had the Blu Cobalt butterfly, and the Venetian both were very delicious. On a Wednesday night it was packed and we had about a 15 minute Waite so a reservation is suggested.
Would only recommend the pizza here. Great dough, great wood fire taste but I would stay away from any sort of seafood dish. Very overpriced for being okay seafood. Not super fresh. Got the tuna tartar and had better quality tuna from a random mountain restaurant a few hours from the beach. Maybe their catch of the day was better but they were sold out by the time we got there. Wouldn’t go back unless craving a pizza.
New addition to the Baja Sardinia landscape. Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza, with soft and tasty dough, baked in a wood-fired oven. Kind young staff. Nice outdoor seating, at the oven side of the restaurant, with a beautiful view of the green forest. Good prices.
Fantastic pizza! The absolute freshest and most flavourful tomato pizza sauce. Staff is incredible as well!
There are two eating areas the outside garden and inside restaurant. Excellent friendly service. We ate inside and had seabass for 2 which was deboned at the table which was delicious. Lots of people waiting outside so would be sensible to book
Pros: All the Napolitano flavor right in the north of Sardinia. Great pizza taste, I would recommend the Blue Cobalto specialty.
Cons: air can barely flow around the place itself and becomes quite hot
I rate a 5/5 anyways since the staff is pretty friendly and the food (at the end of the day what marks a great experience) is of high quality
This place it's the best there really. I was in every other and this one was really Sardinia flavour. Service Raffael was amazing. He was so nice, helpful. Thanks for great food!
Pizza was very good, but the experience was kind of ruined by staff that ignored us for a long period of time when we wanted to pay (even after repeated requests from us). We had a feeling that we were not as important for them as the other guests.
